Ingredients for
Egg Cucumber Sandwiches
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cucumber
- 6-7 tblsp sour cream
- 1/2 avocado (optional)
- 1 tsp yellow mustard (optional)
- leaves Some Lettuce
- Bread slices fresh or stale
- Salt as to taste
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- Butter as required (optional)
Cooking Instructions for making
Egg Cucumber Sandwiches
Hard boil the eggs, peel once cold and then place in a mixing bowl. Using a fork, smash into rough chunks.
Chopped the cucumber in a small cubes (seeds removed). Once done, place in the same mixing bowl.
Peel the half avocado cut into a small cubes (if you used) and add that too with roughly chopped lettuce in the mixing bowl and mixed gently.
Spread the butter in your bread slices (if you used).
Slice the edges of the sandwich bread (optional), then a couple spoons of the sandwich mixture and top it with another slice of bread.
Based on your liking, slice the sandwich into half, diagonal or into small 4 bites.
Enjoy right away.
#Tip:
Do not throw the bread edges make a breadcrumbs and good to go.
You can add mayonnaise instead of cream cheese in your sandwiches.
