Preheat oven 185 C / 365F

Blend for 1.5 mins:
Soaked Rice
210gm water
80gm oil/fat
25gm sugar
14gm instant yeast
8gm kosher salt

Mixture shouldn’t be hotter than 41C/105F else it will kill the yeast

NOTE:
For a long soak: use 210-220gm water
For a quick soak: make sure the rice and water equals to 700gm

After the blend, pour batter into the pan filling 2/3 way up

Spray top of batter with water to avoid hardening

Proof to rise 15-45 mins depending on warmth of batter

After proofing spray batter again with water. Add some spray of water in oven too

Bake 30-35 mins with fan oven (convection oven)
35-40 mins without fan oven (convectional oven)

Bake until internal temperature of bread 96-99C (205-210F)
