Ingredients for Was crunchy and so sweet…honestly everyone 😉 enjoyed
- 250 g flour
- 100 ml water
- 1 Full kienyeji kitchen
- 3 eggs
- 1 table spoonful blackpepper,paprika,mixed spices Royce,ginger powder,garlic powder,crushed ginger,crushed garlic each,soysauce,salt
- 1 kg Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon turmeric for color (optional)

Cut your chicken into small pieces (desired)
Sprinkle spices on the chicken….ginger powder,garlic powder,paprika,Royco, soy sauce and other spice as desired and mix in the pieces using your hands well making sure the spices are evenly distributed and set aside for 5 minutes
In a different bowl mix dry all purpose flour,add spices(black pepper,paprika,ginger powder,garlic powder,royco mixed spices,mix well in the flour and set aside
In a different bowl beat your 3 eggs and set aside
Put oil to your cooking pan and let it heat….as you pick your pieces of meat,dip in the eggs mix,then in the flour,back to the eggs to get a crunchy coating…then to the flour again…beat off excess flour and dip in the heated cooking oil, let it cook on medium heat to allow it to cook inside,made mine for 15 minutes on medium heat….till golden brown
Enjoy your meal….served mine with pilau,you can do fries too with this
