- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Cooking Instructions for making Decadent Chocolate Donuts
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease your donut pan.
Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Mix the wet ingredients: In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Combine the mixtures: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
