Ingredients for Chicken lasagne
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1/2 Pack button mushrooms
- 1 White onion
- sheets Pasta
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 TSP Paprika
- 1 TSP Italian herbs
- 1 tsp Garlic granuels
- 60 g Butter
- 5 TBSP Plain flour
- 450 ml Milk
- 120 g Grated cheese
- 50 g Grated cheese, for top
Cooking Instructions for making Chicken lasagne
Start by preheating the oven/ air fryer to 200
Dice the chicken up into chunks and cook until cooked the whole way through, shred this once it’s cooked or you can leave it in chunks
Peel the skin off of the onion and dice into small pieces, dice the mushroom into small pieces and fry off until both are soft
In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour until it becomes like a paste
Add the milk a little at a time and stir
Once the sauce has thickened, add in the cheese, mix together and add the seasonings (save a little bit of sauce for the top of the lasagne)
Put the veg and chicken into the sauce and mix together
Layer up the dish with the chicken mix and pasta sheets, repeat until you’ve used all of the mix
Make sure there are pasta sheets on top of the lasagne and put some of the cheese sauce that was saved on top, then add the grated cheese
Let this cook for around 40 mins, until the cheese is golden brown, when it’s cooked let it sit out of the oven for 5 mins to set
