- 8 ounce medium pasta shells or your favorite pasta
- 10-12 ounce steamed broccoli

- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 1 lemon squeezed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 (15 ounce) jar of Alfredo sauce
- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Cooking Instructions for making Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta
In one pan boil water with salt to prepare for pasta shells. Once boiling add pasta shells and cook for 7-8 minutes al dente.
While boiling pasta, add garlic, lemon juice, and oil to a pan with cubed chicken breasts, top with paprika and hot sauce to taste (may omit this step). Heat through.
Once pasta is done, drain. Add steamed broccoli, paprika, alfredo sauce, parmesan, and hot sauce. To clear the alfredo jar add half cup of milk and shake then add to the pasta mixture.
Pour alfredo pasta mixture into baking pan. Top with one layer of 1/2 of chicken mixture. Top with half of mozzarella cheese. Pour remaining alfredo pasta mixture and then top with the rest of chicken. Top it all off with the shredded mozzarella and a bit of grated Parmesan and parsley.
Pop in the oven at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes until cheese is browned a bit on top.
