Ingredients for Oven chicken thighs
- 4 pcs Chicken thighs (from lidl)(με πέτσα εν πολλά ωραίο)
- Pinch Pepper
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Garlic
- Pinch paprika
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups rice
- 2,5 cups water
- Aluminium foil
- 1 spoon butter
Cooking Instructions for making Oven chicken thighs
Make sure you defrost the chicken from the night well (you dont need ice on your chicken)
Pat the chicken thighs dry before seasoning
Put the chicken thighs in a bowl(necessary step dirty boy)
Mix the thighs with all the spices and olive oil (make sure all of them are mixed well)
In a pan put the chicken thighs in make sure they are not touching or overlapping (yes giving them space make them more cooked)
Cover the pan with aluminium foil to ensure it is baked well
Turn on your oven at 200°
Put your pan in the oven (no need to preheat)
Let the chicken inside for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes uncover the pan, take the aluminium foil off
Leave in the oven for another 10 minutes
Now its time for rice
Put the rice in the small pot, put the water inside
Add salt or pepper. Salt is good you dont need plain rice
Let the rice be boiled for at least 8 minutes, before you turn it off you can add butter or other spices
Let it for another minute (or less) and your rice is ready
