  13. 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  14. 1 tablespoon Mirin
  15. 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  16. 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Cooking Instructions for making Dried Mushroom ‘Okowa’ Glutinous Rice
