Ingredients for Vegetable Manchurian
- Minced beef
- Minced cabbage
- cubes Carrots and minced
- Minced onion and sliced
- Minced scotch bonnet
- Green bell pepper
- Dark soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Flour
- Ginger and garlic paste
- cubes Seasoning
- Tandoori masala
- Cumin
- Mix spice
- Turmeric
- Thyme
- Corn flour
Cooking Instructions for making Vegetable Manchurian
In a bowl add your minced meat, cabbage, carrots, onion, scotch bonnet followed by seasoning, spices, ginger and garlic paste, flour, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce
Mix together until all the ingredients are well combined.
Cut out small chunks and mould into a ball, fry and set aside
Then add scotch bonnet and fry for 2mnts add seasoning cubes, cumin, mix spices,Tandoori masala,tumeric and thyme fry for 3mnts
In a pan add in oil and onion sauté for 1mnts
Cover and allow it to simmer for 2mnts in a low heat (at this point you can add some boiled water if the gravy is too thick) you can serve with pasta, rice or even jallop rice.
I served mine with vegetable fried rice
Add carrot stir fry for 2mnts then add in water, dark soy sauce, ginger and garlic paste cover and take it to boiled
Add your vegetable manchurian, bell pepper and corn flour stir until well mixed
