- 1 bay leaf
- 2-3 cloves
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

- 2-3 cinnamon, about 1” each
- 4-5 cups boiled water

Cooking Instructions for making Vegetable Khichuri

1. Wash rice, lintel and mung bean. Strain all the water.
2. Add oil in a pan.

Serve it hot with egg, onion & green chili omelette, spicy chicken/beef curry, & mango pickles.
