Ingredients for Courgette Tomato Beef mince Mash
- 16 small Maris Piper Potatoes
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g block of butter
- 50 turn grinds Black Peppercorns
- 4 pinches Table Salt
- 1 large onion
- 3 courgettes
- 2 small carrots
- 4 tbsp. Sunflower Oil
- 400 g tin of Chopped Tomatoes with garlic in
- 1000 ml clean cold water
- 1000 g Beef mince
- 100 turn grinds of Black Peppercorns
- 6 pinches Table Salt
Cooking Instructions for making Courgette Tomato Beef mince Mash
Within a 30 minute time Period halve the peeled and water washed onion shallow fry in 4 tablespoons of Sunflower Oil along with the large chopped courgettes. Boil the raw peeled carrots along with the peeled potatoes and then after 20 minutes add the carrots too the non-stick Wok along with the cooked onion and courgettes. Make the milky buttery mash, season, and then allow too get cold with the Saucepan Lid over the top
After that 30 minutes of preparing and cooking – add the tin of Chopped Tomatoes and then add 500ml of cold tap water, season, bring to the boil and then simmer on the lowest hob heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes
Then add the Beef Mince and cook through for 10 minutes of the last 1 hour and then add 500ml of cold tap water and then bring too the boil and then simmer on the lowest hob heat for 50 minutes and then allow too get cold
Add cooked cold Beef mince mix too a small Dessert Bowl and then add 1/4 of the cold cooked mash and then for a 700W Microwave cook for about 3 minutes – turn – and then microwave for a further 3 minutes. Done
