Heat a skillet- gently fry the shredded cabbage 20 minuttes- remove

In the same skillet fry the meat till it is nice and brown. Add the chopped onions and the garlic along with the spices, and the tomato pure. Cook for 30 minuttes

Add the cabbage in the meat mixture- cook plus minus 10 minuttes.

Pour the meat sauce and cabbage to an ovenproof dish- sprinkle half the cheese on top.

Beat the eggs together and pour in the milk. Pour over the meat. Add a few bay leaves on top

Oven 200 degrees- cover with foil- bake for half an hour.

Remove the foil- drizzle the other half of the cheese over. Bake again for 15 minuttes. Till nice and brown on the top. Let it rest for 10 minuttes. Serve with some turkish yoghurt.
