Cooking Instructions for making Mashed potatoes, beans & steamed cabbage dinner
With the beans already boiled to softness, make the bean stew. Place a sauce pan on the stove, add oil to heat, fry the onions to golden brown add tomatoes and green pepper. Stir to make a sauce then add the boiled beans. Add a little salt to taste, chillies and water at your convenience to make the soup. Let it continue to simmer for 15 minutes to get a great stewed bean. Add coriander after removing from the heat.
Having pre- boiled the potatoes, mash them till little to no lumps are in it. Place a sufuria onto the 🔥 add oil and when ready add the onions. When the onions are brown add green pepper and stir for about 3 minutes then add the mashed potatoes. Stir till all ingredients are mixed perfectly under low heat allow to cook for 7-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Place a sauce pan to the heat, add oil and onions. When the onions have absorbed the oil (don’t let this be brown) add the freshly cut cabbage. Stir continuously with just a little heat so that it is mixed well and still remain crispy. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy 😋😋
