Ingredients for Vegetable Cutlets
- To make vegetable mixture
- 2 potato –
- 2 carrot –
- 100 g beans –
- 1 raddish –
- 1 Tsp oil –
- 1 Tbsp sliced cashew –
- 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste –
- 1/4 Tsp turmeic powder –
- 1 Tsp red chilli powder –
- 1 Tsp corainder powder –
- 1 Tsp Lemon juice –
- 2 Tbsp Bread crumps –
- to taste salt –
- corainder leaves – 1 bunch
- To make cutlets
- 3 Tbsp All purpose flour –
- 1 1/2 cups Bread crumps –
- Oil to deep fry
Cooking Instructions for making Vegetable Cutlets
Prepare inner stuffing with vegtable mixture
Make small balls of the mixture..
Pat it flat to small round shape.. or any shape you desire
Take all purpose flour in a small cup.
Add some water and make smooth paste (paste shouldn’t be too thin)
Keep the bread crumps ready (I used spicy flavored bread crumps)
Now dip the shaped cutlets Quickly in the all purpose flour paste and roll it with bread crumps. (aslo you can use beaten eggs for dipping)
Repeat the same with all the cutlets and keep it ready for deep frying.
Heat oil in fry pan
Drop the cutlets gently in hot oil
Keep the flame on mid-high and fry till the golden colour on both sides.
Make sure the heat of the oil is adjusted well, else cutlet may absorb oil.
Drain on a paper towel
Yummillcious vegetable cutlets are ready.
