- 1 fish
- Garlic
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 tspn fish masala
- Salt
- Water
- Veges(1 bunch of pumpkin leaves)
- 1 tbsn Musherekha
- cubes Knor beef
- Water
- Ugali(250g maize flour)
- 2 cups Water

Fry onions until they are golden brown, add in garlic and fry for a minute.
Add in your diced tomatoes and let them cook until tender, then add in the fish masala and salt.
Cut your fish in half and put in the above paste and add in 1/2 a cup of water and let it cook until the water has reduced to a thick soup. Ready to serve
For the veges. I a sufuria bring a cup of water to a boil and add in musherekha.
Clean the pumpkin leaves and cut them into your desired size and put in the boiling water above and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Fry your diced onions until they are golden brown and add the Knor beef cubes fry for a minute and add in your already boiled vegetable and mix well with the onions. Let them cook for 5minutes and they will be ready to serve.
In a sufuria bring 2 cups of Water to a boil.
Add in maize flour little by little while mixing with a cooking stick until it’s firm, it’s now ready to serve.
