Ingredients for Broccoli Salad
- 1 small broccoli
- 2 paprika red pepper
- 2 carrots
- 3-4 pickled cucumber
- 5-6 tablespoons olive oil
- For the sauce
- 3 tablespoons Turkish/Greek yoghurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt
- Little water
- For the top
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika pepper powder
Cooking Instructions for making Broccoli Salad
Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Add olive oil, some water and salt to the pan and cook the broccoli, stirring occasionally. When all the water has absorbed, take it to the serving plate.
Cut the paprika in julienne and add olive oil and salt in the pan, mix again and cook. Then they place it on the broccoli on the serving plate.
Cut the carrots into julienne. Add carrots, olive oil and salt to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally. Then place on the serving plate over the paprika peppers.
Put the pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes on top of the vegetables.
Whisk yogurt, crushed garlic and salt for sauce. Get the consistency you want by adding and whisking water to the yogurt. And pour this sauce over the vegetables.
Cook the paprika pepper powder in olive oil in the pan for 2-3 minutes and pour over the yogurt.
