  20. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  21. 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️
  22. 1/2 tsp coriander & cumin powder
  23. 1/2 cup green peas optional
  24. 2 tbsp spring onion, green portion only
  25. 1 tbsp white sesame seeds/ black sesame seeds for garnish
  26. 1 tbsp finely chopped dill for garnish
  27. 3-4 tbsp oil
  28. Dipping sauce:
  29. 1 tbsp freshly crushed garlic
  30. I tbsp chopped ginger
  31. 1 fresh lime juice 🍋
  32. 11/2 tbsp sugar
  33. 2 tbsp soy sauce/ tamari sauce
  34. 2 tbsp sunflower oil 🌻
  35. 1 tsp red chillies crushed
