Ingredients for Vegetables noodles spring rolls
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 medium carrots finely chopped 🥕
- 1/4 cup green capsicum 🫑
- 2 sprigs spring onions 🧅 (green separate)
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil 🌻
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- Salt to taste 🧂
- 1-11/2 cup boiled noodles
- 1 small tomato finely chopped 🍅
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 3 finely chopped green chillies
- 4-5 minced garlic 🧄
- sheets spring rolls
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley 🌱
- Oil for shallow frying
Cooking Instructions for making Vegetables noodles spring rolls
Heat oil and add minced garlic, cook till golden, add spring onions (white part), saute it and Add all vegetables and saute on high until half done yet crunchy.
Add soy sauce, vinegar and mix well, add spring onion (green part), add boiled noodles and mix well, sprinkle salt 🧂 and pepper mix well, remove from heat and cool completely.
Add finely chopped green chillies, 🍅 tomato and parsley mix well, filling is ready.
Divide the filling into equal portions and keep aside, place a wrapper on clean dry surface and place a portion of the filling mixture in one corner of the wrapper, roll over the wrapper till 3/4 the, fold over from both the sides one by one towards the center.
Finally roll and seal the edge using flour- water mixture, repeat to complete all the rolls, heat oil and shallow fry them till golden brown from all the sides, remove and drain on an absorbent paper and serve immediately with tomato ketchup 🍅.
