    Attached is a link to my tofu/awara recipe so you can see how we got to this stage 😉. Heat up enough vegetable oil in a pot or pan. Add the sliced tofu and deep fry until golden brown not dry.

    To prepare the sauce, heat up about 1/2 Cup Vegetable oil, sautee onion for about 2 minutes. Add ginger and garlic paste, sautee for another minute. Add the peppermix and stir. Add seasoning and Salt to taste. Allow to fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the oil separates from the pepper. Garnish with green bell peppers.

    Serve tofu/awara with pepper sauce and vegetable of choice. In my case, I used cabbage 😋
