Ingredients for Beef Carrot Tomato Tagliolini
- 2 large hen eggs
- 200 g Plain Flour
- 2 pinches Coarse Sea Salt
- 1-2 tsp. Cold tap water
- 300 g cold cooked Beef Chunks
- 400 g cold cooked Carrots
- 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 large Onions
- 2 tbsp. grated raw garlic cloves in Olive Oil
- 1 tin Chopped Tomatoes with its Tomato Juice
- 1 tin Plum Tomatoes with its Tomato Juice
- 1 tsp. Coarse Sea Salt
Cooking Instructions for making Beef Carrot Tomato Tagliolini
Place lots of cold tap water in a large Cauldron Saucepan and bring the water too the boil on the highest hob heat. Use a Tefal Electric Mains Machine too make the homemade Pasta – crack 2 hen eggs into the Tefal Mixer and then add the 200g Plain Flour, 2 small pinches salt and a 1 or 2 teaspoons cold water – mix with the 2 blades – a whole ball should form. Wrap in Clingfilm and freeze for 25 minutes
Fry chopped onions in 4 tablespoons Olive Oil for 10 minutes on the lowest hob heat and then add the grated garlic with its Olive Oil and then add the cold cooked Carrots and Beef chunks, add the One teaspoon of Sea Salt and then add the tin’s of Tomatoes, cook mainly on a gentle hob heat for 20 minutes
With about 5 minutes left to the end of cooking time – put Plain Flour over 4 quarters of the whole ball of Pasta. Roll out with your Fingers and then place through your Kenwood Lasagne press Attachment and then attach the Tagliolini Kenwood shredder Attachment and then pass through with the Kenwood Machine on and then boil the Pasta strands for 5 minutes and then add too your homemade chunky Tomato Pasta Sauce
