Ingredients for Beef Pork mince Meatballs
- 70 g breadcrumbs/ 1 1/2 slices bread
- 1 (One) hen egg yolk
- 8 turn grinds Black Pepper
- Half heap tsp. Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 (One) tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Half tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1 (One) tbsp. Tomato Ketchup
- 250 g Pork mince
- 500 g Beef mince
- 4 tbsp. Vegetable Oil too fry Meatballs
Cooking Instructions for making Beef Pork mince Meatballs
With one’s Tefal Food Processor use the Tefal blades underneath too blitz One and a half slices of White bread, or blitz 3 slices of bread and then weigh out 70g – yes – only blitz the slices of bread first
Add One hen egg yolk
Add the salt and Black pepper
Add the One teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Add the half a teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg
Add One tablespoon of Tomato Ketchup Sauce
Add the 250g Shop bought Pork mince
Add the 500g Shop bought Beef mince and then automatically turn all the ingredients with the use of one’s Tefal (other kinds of Food Processors are available) and then make into balls with the use of a Dessert Spoon and a Teaspoon
Place 4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil in a non-stick Frying Pan and then shallow fry the raw Meatballs for 30 minutes on the lowest hob heat, could dust the outer areas of the raw Meatballs with Plain Flour before frying – 10 minutes each side and then a standing at the hob stove for a further 10 minutes too keep turning too get all the other sides too get crisp
