Ingredients for Biscuit,cream n choc,dessert
- 1.5 pack rich tea biscuit or light rich tea biscuit
- 2 tubs elmlea double cream
- 0.5 mug Brown suger
- 2 tbspn runny Honey(optional depending on over all sweetness(see in 7,8, steps in method inshaallah
- Fir stp ☆9: half a mug chocolate powder (abt large mug size)
- 1 tspn level Coffee powder(preferably africafe)
- 1 tspn good cinnamon pwdr
- About 1 mug or so Warm watr
- Pinch salt (optional to balance out incase sugr bit over)
Cooking Instructions for making Biscuit,cream n choc,dessert
Start blend the brown suger in blender until powdery unwill tell when ready
Sieve the powder remove any larger bbits unblended etc.set aside to usr later(see step 3 inshaallah)
Using same blender that had suger,add a tub of the cream then add about quater of the brown blended suger( then make it thicken. Abit.u check by using a spoon
After the cream is bit thicker add about 3 table spoon of angel delight in blender with cream and make it thicker inshaallah.if happy with thickness go next step.*if not thick enof go end of step ☆7
After that remove in a large enof bowl cover set aside.
Do same with the other tub.so repeat step 3 & 4 above inshaallah
After the cream is blended and u repeated & followed steps above,use the same biwl you used in step 5 to add the next batch of cream.mix the cream together to hav decently thick cream.☆check the sweetness and can add the 2 tbspn honey if prefer(cream shouldnt be overly sweet as other things as sauce,n biscuit itself will balance out
☆if you did not get good consistancy of cream it may be ok to use in the dessert as long its not runny(do some check,easily)
Make the biscuit dipping sauce:add to a bowl medium *size of surface enof to dip the biscuits choc pwdr,all othr pwdrs☆ cinnam,coffe,see ingreds list above
Also add warm.water stir to dissolve foffee etc,then it should be fairly conc.u can add bit more choc pwdr if too water u want in between thick n thin inshaallah.adjust watr n cho accordingly
After sauce ready now assemble your cream earlier made,sauce n biscuits.u can do this step seated as makes easier process.so now we hav a t*☆tray for layering the alternate layers of biscuit dipd in sauce and the cream.even out cream use the spoon start mid soread level to sides
Remove biscuit from packs,place in clean place,then start dip to soak until biscuit is evenly covered and turns a brown shade all over,briefly.in biscuit in sauce use fork or spoon,or gloves(by hand)*At bottom layer start with biscuit carefully place to fit tray,if dont fit,then can cut pieces and position inorder to fit.
Over the biscuit layer,Make even layer of cream abt 1 cm thick or less.its ok not to be perfect at this stage but try b level
In this case there was some cream but not enof do had to modify to be able to hav presentable do i used very little cream but some cocoa pwder as well and used a fork to make marks*☆(see the main pic fir how final look was)
Then to next layer repeat process(step 11 to 13)then now.you have 3 layers* if used a wide glass tray like the one in pic)of biscuit and cream alternating*☆pls note, if the top one layer is only biscuit nd cream is used up (not finished,its ok as u can drizzle some cocoa powder for decor
