Ingredients for Boiled rice (green & white) with vegetable soup
- 3 cups rice
- 1 big tomatoes
- 3 big scotch bonnet
- 2 red pepper
- Onion
- Spinach
- Vegetable oil
- Seasoning
- Salt
Cooking Instructions for making Boiled rice (green & white) with vegetable soup
On a medium heat set your pot on fire and pour water to boil,after boiling wash 1 1/2 cup of rice and pour into the pot to be cook.When done keep aside.
Wash the pot and return the pot on fire pour water and let it boil,when boil add green colour into the pot and a lot it to boiled again. After deep boiling wash rice and pour it into the pot to be cook.
In a separate pot set it on fire pour some vegetable oil,diced onion pour into the pot and a lot it to be fry.
After frying pour your granded onion, tomatoes,red pepper and scotch bonnet fry for some minutes and pour water into the pot
Add salt and seasoning to taste. Diced onion as much as you can and pour into the pot and a lot it to cook.
Wash and cut spinach keep aside. When the pot is well okay then pour the spinach and don’t close the pot leave it for some minutes then off the light.
