- Rice parboiled

- Carrot

- Irish potato
- Seasoning

Cooking Instructions for making Butter veg rice with Italian meat ball and potato soup
Chop your carrot and green beans, in a pot add some butter then add your carrot, green beans, peas, sweet corn and red kidney beans, fry your veg for 5mnts then add your parboiled rice and some salt, stir and fry for 2mnts then add some boil water and cover the pot to simmer
Blend your tomatoes, pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic, pour in a pot and boil until the water drain
Diced your green pepper, red pepper and onion, peel the potatoes dice into cubes and wash
After the water completely drain add veg oil and onion fry for 3mnts, add your potato and water cover the pot for 5mnts then add your meat balls, seasoning, spices cover the pot for some mnts
Add green and red pepper, mix some corn flour with water then add in your soup cover the pot and allow to cook for 2mnts. Serve
