Ingredients for *CARROT RICE WITH VEGETABLES SAUCE*
- 2 cups rice
- 8 carrots
- 5 bell pepper
- 7 scotch bonnet
- 2 bulb onion
- 3 tomatoes
- Nama
- 5 maggi star
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 spn salt
- 1/2 teaspn curry
- 1/4 cabbage
- Ginger & garlic
Cooking Instructions for making *CARROT RICE WITH VEGETABLES SAUCE*
Zaki dora ruwa awuta idan yatafasa kiwanke shinkafa ki zuba
Sannan ki wanke carrots ki kankare bayansa ki grating dinsa then keep aside
Kiduba shinkafan idan ta dahu (ba luguf ba)ki tace sannan ki daurayeta da ruwan sanyi
Seki maidata tukunya ki kawo carrots din da kika gurza kizuba ki jujjuya sosae seki rufe ki maida kan wuta(low heat)ta turara,in tayi ki kwashe kisa a flask
For the veg sauce;
Zaki wanke ki gyara kayan miyanki da albasa daya,tafarnuwa da er citta ki jajjaga ki kwashe….shi kuma tumatir ki yanka shi kanana ki hade shi cikin jajjagen kayan miyan ki juya
Sannan ki tafasa nama da kayan kamshi ki soya sama-sama
Kisa mai a tukunya da er albasa inya soyu ki juye kayan miyanki idan ruwan jiki ya tsotse(ya soyu buh ba ssae b) ki zuba seasoning nd spice ki juya…kikawo naman ki zuba ki rufe
Kiyanka albasa daya kanana, cabbage ma ki yanka madaidaita…sannan kiwanke peas ki zuba a miyan, onion da cabbage ki juya ki rufe na en mintuna in yayi ki sauke….enjoy!
