Ingredients for Cauliflower kofta curry


- 1/2 cauliflower grated
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

3-4 onions chopped
- 1 chopped tomato

1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp green chillies paste
- 3-4 tbsp oil+ oil for deep frying
- 1 tsp corriander & cumin powder

1 tsp kashmiri red chillies powder
- 1 tbsp corriander leaves
- 1/4 cup gram flour
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 cup boiled & mashed potatoes
- 1 cup coconut milk /1/2 cup water
- 1/8 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/8 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 bay. Leaf, 2 cloves
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- For dry fruits use any one of your choice

1/4 cup cashewnuts, almonds shivers, sunflower seeds
Cooking Instructions for making Cauliflower kofta curry



In a bowl add grated cauliflower, ginger- garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, chopped corriander leaves, boiled and mashed potatoes
, gram flour, Chaat masala, kashmiri red chillies powder
, green chillies paste, corriander & cumin powder, turmeric powder, 1/8 tsp cumin seeds, cashewnuts finely chopped and mix well, make round balls, or any shape of your choice. Deep fry them until golden brown, remove and keep aside.
For gravy: heat oil add cumin seeds, cloves, bay leaf stir, add chopped onions , cook until golden, add ginger- garlic paste, green chillies paste
cook for 1 min,
Add Tomato chopped, salt mix well, when little oil comes out, add Tomato
ready made paste and mix, add kashmiri red chillies powder
, turmeric powder, corriander & cumin powder mix well, add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp corriander leaves finely chopped mix well, add coconut milk/ water mix well.
Add finally garam masala powder, mix well, let it boil for 5 mins, when gravy becomes thick, add fried koftas in, don’t use spoon, just shake the pan, cook for 1 min.
Serve hot, garnish with chopped corriander leaves.
