Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetables Nugget

- 250 g chicken fillet
- 1 carrot
- 50 g cauliflower
- 3 cloves roasted garlic
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp bread flour
- 1 tsp mushroom/chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- Coating
- 1 egg white
- bread crumbs
Cooking Instructions for making Chicken and Vegetables Nugget
Prepare nugget ingredients. Cut carrot to small dice. Steam carrot and cauliflower for 7 minutes. Set aside.
Blend chicken, cauliflower, and roasted garlic with food processor. Move it into a bowl, then mix it with carrot, cheese, salt, bread flour, white pepper, and mushroom stock powder. Stir it with spatula or fork until half mixed, then add egg yolk. Stir it again until everything incorporated. Add more bread flour if nugget dough still can’t be shaped.
Roll the dough evenly until it is approximately 1 cm thick. Use your favorite cookie cutter to cut out your desired shapes.
Steam nuggets for 20 minutes. Set aside and wait until it little bit cold.
Prepare coating ingredients. Put nugget into egg white, then coat it again with bread crumbs.
You could keep the nuggets on the freezer or fry it immediately. Fry nuggets with low heat until golden brown.
Nuggets are ready to serve with your favorite dipping sauce ✨
