Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Chicken Spaghetti Soup
- Whole Large raw Chicken
- Cold water
- Additional ingredients to enhance stock
- 2 tbsp. Sunflower Oil
- 3 very large Onions
- 1 whole Bulb of Garlic
- 250 g Shop bought Dried Spaghetti
- Cold water too boil the Dried Spaghetti Pasta
- 1200 g/ 1Kg 200g of cooked boiled Swede
- 400 g cooked boiled Carrots
- If possible garnish with raw Parsley
Cooking Instructions for making Chicken Vegetable Chicken Spaghetti Soup
Cut the whole raw Chicken into pieces – water wash the Chicken pieces in cold water within a very large Mixing Bowl and then add all the Chicken pieces apart from the 2 Chicken Breasts – into the Cauldron Saucepan and then cover with a generous amount of cold water and then bring too the boil and then can simmer on the lowest hob heat for 5 hours. Can enhance the flavour of the homemade Chicken stock by adding Bay leaves and raw fresh Rosemary – do add 2 large Onions and 5 raw Carrots
Will require a whole Vegetable Swede or 2 halve’s for boiling the Swede for One hour and then 25 minutes later boil the 400g of peeled raw Carrots. The preparation and the cooking of these Vegetables can be done the previous day. Store in large Plastic Food Bags and keep in the Fridge
With homemade Chicken stock done. Dice the 2 Chicken Breasts into small squares and then shallow fry on the highest hob heat for One minute each side in 2 tablespoons of Sunflower Oil and then transfer the partially cooked Chicken Breasts into a small Dessert Bowl and then allow too rest and get cold and then fry the Onions mainly on a high hob heat and keep stirring. Add the finely chopped Garlic cloves after the chopped onions have had 10 minutes of cooking time
Boil broken Dried Spaghetti Pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain the Pasta water through a Rice Sieve etc. and then add all the ingredients apart from the Chicken stock into a large metal empty Mixing Bowl and then ladle the hot cooked Chicken stock into the Rice Sieve held over the large mixing bowl. Done. Is no salt in the Chicken Stock water and so the soup needs too be eaten within a day
