Cooking Instructions for making Chow mein

    Boil 500ml water in a pot. Add noodles in the boiling water followed by 1 tsp oil and some salt. The noodles should get cooked in 5 min. They are perfectly cooked when they break upon pulling. Do not under-cook them or else they’ll get chewey. Over-cooked noodles will get starchy.

    Now add noodles, black pepper and salt. Lightly combine everything. Cook till the moisture urns out and the noodles shine will oil. Serve.
