Cooking Instructions for making Coconut tropical popsicles

    For mango fruit layer 🥭: cut mangoes into chunks, in a blender add mango chunks, mango extract 🥭, honey 🍯/ sugar, water and milk powder if using and blender till smooth, remove and add fill in popsicle mold and keep aside.

    For coconut layer : in a blender add coconut cream/ coconut 🥛 milk, coconut yogurt/ milk powder if using, coconut extract 🥥, honey 🍯/ sugar and blender until combined, do not over mix. Pour the coconut mixture on top of mango mixture, close the lid, freeze for 7 hrs or overnight or completely set.

    To remove the popsicle: from their molds run them under some warm water 💦 for a couple of seconds and they should release easily when you push them out, serve.

    Note: I have mentioned milk powder in my recipe and used it but if you want to make completely vegan just omit milk powder.
