Ingredients for Coconut tropical popsicles
- For mango fruit layer:

3 medium fresh mangoes
- 1 tsp mango extract

1 cup Water
- 3 tbsp milk powder – optional

2-4 tbsp honey
or sugar / to taste
- For coconut layer :
-
200 g coconut cream / chilled coconut milk

1 tsp coconut extract
-
5-6 tbsp honey
/ sugar
- 200 g coconut yogurt / 3 -4 tbsp milk powder- optional
Cooking Instructions for making Coconut tropical popsicles
For mango fruit layer : cut mangoes into chunks, in a blender add mango chunks, mango extract
, honey
/ sugar, water and milk powder if using and blender till smooth, remove and add fill in popsicle mold and keep aside.
For coconut layer : in a blender add coconut cream/ coconut milk, coconut yogurt/ milk powder if using, coconut extract
, honey
/ sugar and blender until combined, do not over mix. Pour the coconut mixture on top of mango mixture, close the lid, freeze for 7 hrs or overnight or completely set.
To remove the popsicle: from their molds run them under some warm water for a couple of seconds and they should release easily when you push them out, serve.
Note: I have mentioned milk powder in my recipe and used it but if you want to make completely vegan just omit milk powder.
