Put batter ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Note 👉🏻 For seasonings you can use:
1. Mushroom seasoning powder (vegetarian/vegan) see pic
2. Chicken seasoning powder or chicken bouillon (non-vegetarian) see pic
3. Or use only Salt & 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
For tempura like fritters, season lightly only with salt and serve with tempura sauce.

Heat up enough oil for deep frying, spoon 1 tbsp of batter-coated mixed vegetables into hot oil and deep fry until light brown. Dish and drain. Serve with chili sauce or mayonnaise.
