    Heat oil in a large pot, then add in onion and cook for about 4 minutes then add in garlic, ginger, and all the spices mix well then add chopped tomatoes fry well.

    Add all others vegetables plus paneer mix well and fry 1-2 mins then add broth cover and cook low flame till all veggies are soft.
