Ingredients for Egg and Vegetable Stir-fried Noodles
- 3 small packs of noodles (Indomie)
- 1 small onion bulb
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 handful green beans
- 1 handful green pea
- 5 leaves cabbage
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon curry (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- Seasoning (comes with noodles)
- 1 cooking spoon of vegetable oil
Cooking Instructions for making Egg and Vegetable Stir-fried Noodles
Place your noodles in a pot of boiling water, add the green pea and simmer for 2 minutes.
While the noodles is boiling, prepare your vegetables, cut the cabbage into slices, mince the garlic, onions and pepper, cut the carrots and green bean into small cubes
Pour the noodles into a seive
Place a frying pan on the stove and heat up the vegetable oil.
Pour the onions and garlic till they’re translucent, add the carrots and green beans and leave for 1 minute
Add the cabbage and peppers, sprinkle the seasonings, some curry powder and the ground pepper. stir for few seconds.
Whisk the egg and pour in, allow to cuddle a bit, then scramble.
Lastly, add the parboiled noodles, mix with the vegetables, cover, the pan, lower the heat and allow to simmer for minute
Remove from fire and serve with boiled egg, meat or fish.
