Ingredients for Entire Vegetables Pizza
- 10 pcs large zucchini
- 2 pcs medium green bell pepper
- quarter kg slice black olives
- quarter kg sliced green olives
- 1 pc white onion
- 4 pcs medium tomatoes
- 3 pcs garlic
- 100 g whole wheat flour
- 3-4 types of seasonings
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Have all the vegetables well-cleaned in water.
2. Use special vegetables brush to clean the zucchini (don’t peel)
Shred the zucchini and rinse the water out of it till it’s fully dry it in a to dry. (adding some salt on it before rinsing will help expedite the water removal)
Cut the bell pepper, the tomatoes into medium cubic shape and mix them with the olives. The onion should be sliced.
Add the seasonings (curry, commin etc.) and the salt to the mixture. Add the flour as well if the mixture still isn’t thick enough.
Spread the zucchini in a medium tempered glass oven tray on some olive oil. Keep it in the oven for 20 minutes with 350 F° till it dries.
Later, put the mixed vegetables on the half-made zucchini for 15 minutes
Add the mozzarella cheese and leave in oven til its colour becomes little light brown.
Take it out of the oven, cut it into slices and then serve.
