We are currently seeking skilled and reliable New Construction Painters to join our team. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in residential or commercial new builds and demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Precision cutting, rolling, and sanding of interior and exterior surfaces.
▪ Preparing surfaces for painting, including patching, caulking, and priming.
▪ Maintaining clean and organized work areas.
▪ Collaborating effectively with other team members on-site.

Requirements:
▪ Minimum 2 years of experience in new construction painting.
▪ Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
▪ Must own a complete set of basic painting tools.
▪ Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
▪ Capable of delivering high-quality results at a productive pace.
▪ Familiarity with airless sprayers and HVLP systems is a strong asset, though not required.

Compensation:
Wage is based on experience and will be determined following a review of work quality after the completion of one unit.
