Ingredients for Flat bread, fried chicken with side vegetable sauce
- All purpose flour
- Baking powder
- Green beans
- Carrots
- Eggs (optional)
- Red pepper
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil
- Seasoning/ spices
- Onions/ garlic
- Chicken
- Curry powder
Cooking Instructions for making Flat bread, fried chicken with side vegetable sauce
Sieve the flour on a bowl, add a little pinch of salt and mix it well… Add the baking powder inside and mix it well all together.
Add water into d flour and mix it, keep adding the water until a soft dough is formed… Wrap the bowl with a bowl wrapper or place a towel on top of the bowl and keep it to rest for about 10 mins…
Cut the cooked carrots and the red pepper into small cubes or stripes…
Wash the green beans and cook them until they are soft, rinse it and keep it aside…
Bring out the dough, and cut it into small balls and flattened each ball… Rub vegetable oil on both side of the flattened dough and fry it on a low heat until it’s golden brown… Repeat the same procedure for the remaining dough.
Pour some vegetable oil on a pan, add some chopped onions and garlic until the onions are golden brown…
Add the green beans into the pan, and stir for some minutes, add the cooked carrots along with the red pepper and keep stiring…
Add some seasonings, spices and curry powder and stir well…
Cut ur boiled eggs into rings and add it into the sauce… And it’s done.
Marinate the chicken for at least an hour and fry it…. Ummm it’s yummy😋😋
