Ingredients for Green beans & watercress red onion sabzi 
- 1 cup chopped french beans (green beans)

1/2 fresh bunch watercress finely chopped

2 finely chopped onions
+ 1-2 onions rings
for garnish

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
for garnish

1 finely chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp green chillies paste

1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 3-4 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander cumin powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper finely chopped { orange colour} for garnish
Cooking Instructions for making Green beans & watercress red onion sabzi 

Wash and clean watercress, pat dry it on kitchen napkin, chop finely and keep aside, chop french beans and keep aside too. Heat oil, add cumin seeds when started to crack, add finely chopped onions , look till it’s soft and pinkish in colour, add ginger garlic paste
cook for 1 min, add finely chopped tomato
and salt
mix well, cook till tomato
is soft and oil is separate.
Add chop french beans and mix well, add kashmiri chilli powder , coriander cumin powder, green chillies paste and mix well, add 2 tbsp water
cover and cook, when 1/2 done add finely chopped watercress
and mix well, cook till french beans are soft, on medium low heat.
Remove from heat, serve hot with toasted bread slices or with indian plain ‘parathas’. Garnish with finely chopped scotch bonnet pepper and ringed onions
