- 400 g condensed milk

3 tbsp full cream milk

1 tsp coconut extract
- 11/2 cup milk powder + 1/2 cup if needed + for dusting

1 cup dessicated coconut

1 drawing/ pattern of your favorite ghost

40 g melted dark chocolate
Cooking Instructions for making Halloween ghost ‘barfi’-(sweet milk fudge)
In a pan add condensed milk, heat on slow don’t to boil it, add full cream milk and mix well, add coconut extract
and mix well, add dessicated coconut
mix well until combined, finally add milk powder and mix well until combined, don’t over cook when added milk powder. Remove from heat, add let it cool completely.
Make walnut size balls from the dough, dust your working check with milk powder, make small disc out of the dough or according to your drawing/ pattern, use toothpick to out line the pattern with your hand or add pattern on top of disc and draw out line, Keep aside.
Melted dark chocolate and filling in the icing cone or paper cone and out line the ghost
pattern, keep to rest for 10 mins, trim the unwanted edges and serve, happy Halloween
