Cooking Instructions for making Healthy and High Protein Chicken Pasta Alfredo
Cut asparagus into pieces, add olive oil in the pan, saute the asparagus until it is soft, drain excess oil, and place in bowl.
Boil the pasta water and include salt if you desire.
Add the pasta and let it cook for 8-10 minutes or recommended time.
Strain the water, put in a bowl, and mix a little olive oil so the noodles don’t stick.
Mix your spices and leave a tablespoon for Alfredo sauce
Cut up your defrosted chicken breast into smaller pieces and coat it in the spices
Heat up pan with olive oil and canola oil, add the chicken and cook it until the inside is no longer pink
Put the chicken in a bowl, mix the Alfredo ingredients, and add them to the pan
Little bubbles should form and you can add the asparagus, chicken, and noodles
