Cooking Instructions for making Healthy vegetable poha

Take a pan/kadhai(use nonstick as we are using less oil it will not stick to bottom),add 01 tsp oil and add 01 tsp mustard seeds.Let it crackle.

Now add chopped onion,fry till they become translucent.

Add chopped tomatoes and wait for them to get soft.

Add chopped vegetables (you can use vegetables of your choice like beans,peas etc)and mix it well

Add salt and pepper as per taste and add half a cup of water to cook vegetables

Cover it for 2-3min

Open and check for doneness of carrot,potatoes and cauliflower.

Once it’s cooked well add poha and mix it well.

Garnish with some green Coriander leaves and lemon and Serve it hot

Note:- WASH POHA AND DRAIN WATER IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE POHA WILL BECOME MUSSY.
