Cooking Instructions for making Keema and taro roots

Heat oil, shallow fry taro roots, remove on paper napkin and keep aside.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, small cardamom, cook for 1 min, add chopped onions cook until golden, add chopped green chillies mix.

Saute ginger- garlic paste,cook for 1 min, add mutton minced, add meat tenderiser and mix, cook until the liquid is dry out.
