Ingredients for Kino’s Avocado Guacamole Brekkie Special
- Avocado Guacamole
- 2 Hass Avocado
- 1 1/2 cup Bombay Onion
- 2 Sprigs Coriander Leaves
- 2 Fresh Egg Tomato or Roma Tomato
- 2 Fresh Green Chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon Rock Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 tablespoon Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Flavoured Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey Mustard sauce
- Soft Boiled Egg
- 2 Fresh Eggs
- Hot water for boil
- Toasted French Bread
- 1-2 Loaf French Bread
- 100 g Olive Butter Spread
Cooking Instructions for making Kino’s Avocado Guacamole Brekkie Special
Cut all the fresh ingredients (Onions, Coriander Leaves, Tomatoes and Chillies) into smaller pieces
Cut open Hass Avocados and take out the green flesh
Put Avocado and All Fresh ingredients together into one bowl
Put in all spices (salt and pepper, paprika flakes and dried Basil) and sauces (Yoghurt, Lemon Flavoured Olive Oil, Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil and Honey Mustard sauce) into the bowl and mix. Dont forget to mash some bits of the Avocado to make sure the Guacamole is well mixed.
For Soft Boiled Eggs, simply put the eggs into a pot of hot water. Boil for 8 minutes.
After cooked, immediately simmer the boiled pot into cold tap water to cook the boiled eggs.
Peel egg skin and cut the boiled egg into half
For simple toasted French Bread, slice the bread into many slices desired.
Spread Olive Butter onto the bread and simply toast into desired temperature colour
Serve Avocado Guacamole with Soft Boiled Egg and Toasted French Bread. This is truly a filling and satisfying dish to make!
