Ingredients for Mixed vegetables Manchurian Balls with sauce 🍅🌶️🧅🫑
- 11/4 cup shredded cabbage 🥬
- 1/2 cup carrot 🥕
- 1/4 cup french beans
- 2 tbsp green capsicum chopped 🫑
- 1/4 cup spring onions 🧅
- 3 tbsp corn flour 🌽
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs 🍞
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 🧄
- Salt to taste 🧂
- Oil for shallow frying
- For Manchurian sauce:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3/4 tbsp finely chopped garlic 🧄
- 1/2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1/4 cup spring onions 🧅 finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper 🫑
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️
- 1 tbsp red chillies sauce 🌶️
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 🍅
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 3/4 tbsp corn flour 🌽
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 vegetable cube
- Salt to taste 🧂
- 11/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- For noodles:
- 1/2 packet noodles
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp chopped garlic 🧄
- 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion 🧅
- Salt to taste 🧂
- 1/2-1 tsp black pepper powder
Cooking Instructions for making Mixed vegetables Manchurian Balls with sauce 🍅🌶️🧅🫑
For Manchurian Balls: in a bowl 🥣 add shredded cabbage 🥬, grated carrot 🥕, finely chopped french beans, green capsicum chopped 🫑, finely chopped spring onion 🧅, ginger-garlic paste 🧄, bread crumbs 🍞 black pepper powder, salt 🧂, corn flour 🌽, plain flour and mix well, make balls and shallow fry them, until golden brown, keep aside.
Boil noodle according to the given instructions on the packet. Keep aside, heat oil and add chopped garlic 🧄 till golden, add boiled noodles in and mix gently, add salt 🧂 and black pepper powder mix well, saute for 2-3 mins. Add finely chopped spring onions 🧅 and mix gently, Remove from flame and keep aside.
For Manchurian sauce: Heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste 🧄 saute for a min, add finely chopped spring onion 🧅, green capsicum chopped 🫑 saute for 2 mins on high flame without burning. While they are been frying, in a small bowl 🥣 add corn flour 🌽, water and mix until dissolve.
Lower the heat, add soy sauce, red chillies sauce 🌶️, tomato ketchup 🍅 and mix well, stir the corn flour 🌽 mixture with a spoon 🥄 and pour it to the pan. Stir gently and pour water 💦 stir.
Add salt 🧂, white vinegar, black pepper powder and sugar mix well, check the seasoning, adjust to your taste, keep stirring and cook on medium flame until the sauce thickens, do not over cook the sauce, the sauce will be thicken after cooling.
Add Manchurian fried balls in hot sauce for 2 mins, remove from flame, keep aside. In a serving plate add noodles, arrange Manchurian Balls and pour hot sauce and serve, garnish with finely chopped spring onions 🧅.
Note: add Manchurian balls to the sauce just before serving, serve Manchurian balls with veg fried rice, toasted bread and noodles.
