6 tbls fresh double Cream

Cooking Instructions for making My Creamy Corriander Carrot & Turnip with Beetroot Soup 🍲
Add butter to a frying pan, heat up add onions fry for 1 minute then add crushed Garlic and fry for a further 1 minute add the corriander stir until onions have softened
Add chopped Carrots, Turnip and chopped Beetroot to a large Saucepan.
Next add the 2 veg stock cubes to a jug and add 2 pints boiling water stir then pour over the veg in saucepan
Next add the onion mix and Black cracked pepper stir and cook for 20 minutes on medium to low heat.
Next add all the soup mix to a blender or use a hand held one and blend until smooth.
Pour back into the saucepan add the Worcestershire sauce stir in then add the cream, stir in and bring back to the boil add a further 1/2 pint of boiling water stir then serve garnish with some fresh corriander or dried Parsley.
