Ingredients for My Special Eggs
- 2 Tbsps Butter
- 1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 Slice Ham
- 1 Slice Cheese
- 1 Slice Bread
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Pinch Salt
Cooking Instructions for making My Special Eggs
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Grab two bowls. Seperate egg yolk from egg white. Set the egg white aside. IMPORTANT: Make sure the egg yolk is intact and inside the egg seperator. Dont let the egg yolk fall apart!
Carefully place the egg yolk onto the skillet. Let cook undisturbed for 30 seconds, then flip it (the yolk still intact) and let cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat 2 times.
Pour half of the pizza sauce you will be using onto the skillet, covering the egg yolk.
Flip the egg yolk and let it cook for 30 seconds, then flip again and repeat.
Place the slice of ham onto the skillet, and the yolk on top of it. (It is optional to add extra pizza sauce at this point.) Flip both and let cook for 1 minute, then flip again and let cook for another minute. Now the egg should be on top of the ham.
Slide a slice of bread under the ham and egg. Let cook for 30 seconds before flipping. Let cook for 30 seconds again, then flip once more.
Slide a slice of cheese between either the bread and ham, or the ham and egg. Let cook for 1 minute before flipping. Let cook for another minute, then flip it again. The egg should remain in the center, and on the top.
Bring the entire dish onto a plate, sprinkle some smoked paprika, italian seasoning, and black pepper if you would like.
Take the egg white you seperated earlier. It should hopefully be in a bowl. Add the last half of pizza sauce, some smoked paprika, italian seasoning, black pepper, and any other seasonings you would like into the bowl and whisk it all together with a fork.
Pour the mixture into a skillet and scramble the egg whites until fully cooked.
Place the egg whites on top of the ham or cheese (whichever is on top), surrounding the egg yolk.
Season as you would like, and for decoration add a tablespoon of butter on top of the egg yolk. Serve and enjoy!
