Ingredients for Naan veggies pizza 🍕
- 4 readymade naan bread or homemade naan pizza dough– 1 cup flour, 1 tsp dry instant yeast, 1/2 tsp sugar, salt to taste, 1 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp ghee
- For pizza sauce: 4-5 tbsp readymade tomato paste 🍅, 1 tsp mixed dry herbs, 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 3 tbsp oil
- For coleslaw salad 🥗: 1 cup red cabbage shredded, 2 green capsicum or mix of colourful capsicum (red, yellow & green) juliennes, 2-3 sliced onions 🧅, 1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 🧀
- Salt to sprinkle on vegetables, black pepper powder – optional
Cooking Instructions for making Naan veggies pizza 🍕
Note: if you are using readymade naan bread the time of cooking will be 15 mins, if using homemade naan pizza dough the time of total cooking will be 45 mins.preheat oven to 180°c
For pizza sauce: in a bowl 🥣 add readymade tomato paste 🍅, mixed herbs, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, black pepper powder and oil mix well, keep aside.
For coleslaw salad 🥗: in a bowl 🥣, mix together red cabbage shredded, sliced onions 🧅, finely chopped jalapeno pepper, green capsicum or colourful capsicum and mix well, keep aside.
To assemble: take naan bread, spread pizza sauce, add coleslaw salad 🥗, sprinkle salt & pepper, finally add grated mozzarella cheese 🧀 and bake in the oven for 7-8 mins.
And serve.
Note:where homemade naan pizza dough will take more time, it will take 10 mins to cooked.
