Ingredients for Olive Oil Mashed Potato Cakes
- 400 g cold cooked potato within Jacket Potatoes
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- Half tsp. Salt
- Vegetable Oil or could fry in Olive Oil
- 4 Shop bought raw Sausages
- One tin of Baked Beans
- Plain Flour too dust
Cooking Instructions for making Olive Oil Mashed Potato Cakes
Scoop out the cooked potato from within about 6 cold cooked Jacket Potatoes and place that potato in your Tefal Food Processor (other Brands of Food Processors are available), add the 2 tablespoons Olive Oil and then the half a teaspoon of salt and then the moving Tefal blades will bring the mashed potatoes together into a whole ball
Divide into 4 equal 100g each. Dust Plain Flour over 2 cold potato balls and then shallow fry in about 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil within a non-stick Frying Pan. Fry on the lowest hob heat throughout – 10 minutes on the One side and then 10 minutes on the other sides. Cook along side the raw Sausages for 20 minutes
Open the 400g tin of Shop bought Baked Beans and then add 6 heaped Dessert Spoons too a small Dessert Bowl and then microwave for 5 minutes depending on the wattage of one’s Microwave
Use a flat Wooden Spoon too transfer the cooked Potato Cakes onto a Dinner Plate – add the hot cooked Baked Beans and then add the 2 cooked Sausages
