Ingredients for Onion pasta
- 2 whole onions- strips
- 2 gloves garlic- chopped small
- 2 servings pasta(pennes)
- Half carton fresh creme
- Pinch Chilli flakes (optional)
- 200 ml (?)water
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- Pinch oregano
- 1 table spoon soya sauce(you can use sugar)
- 1 Spoon olive oil
Cooking Instructions for making Onion pasta
Cut the onions in strips
Put a bit of olive oil in a pan. And add the onion
You need to caramelised it. Now I have two options either you let the onions in small fire to get feied a bit and then add either soya or sugar to let it be “boiled” or mushy
You can put a little water (a little bit like 2 tablespoons) in your onion.
You now put on your garlic and your spices and lower it or get it out of the fire
You have to somewhere or boil your spaghetti or have boiled them already
I put as a step that you are boiling your water first. You put water in your saucepan – you want about 10 minutes to boil water
Then you put the pasta for no 10 minutes again
Back to the onions. Now you put the onions again on the fire, low fire. And you put in your cream. Stir well for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the water from your spaghetti completely with a souvenir and then add the sauce with the cream and onions and stir over low heat for 1-2 minutes
And you’re ready. Serve on your plate with optional barrels
