Cooking Instructions for making Onion Rings

    Combine all the Batter ingredients in a bowl. Heat Oil, that is at least 3-4cm deep, to about 170℃.

    Dip the rings in the Batter, and fry in the Oil, in batches, for a few minutes OR until nicely browned. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.

    Serve with Tomato Ketchup, Salt & Pepper, Chilli Sauce, etc. Today I served with Tomato Ketchup with a little Tabasco.
