Cooking Instructions for making Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast
Grab 3 plates/bowls
On the first plate/bowl, pour flour and put in your preferred seasonings you use with chicken. (I use salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder), mix together
Crack one egg into a bowl (you may need 2) and whisk it
On the other plate, pour breadcrumbs (about half of the container, enough to cover plate). Parmesan cheese is optional, if used, mix together with breadcrumbs. (I use the Panko brand for breadcrumbs, but any type of breadcrumbs are fine)
Pat your chicken breasts dry with napkin, and cut each in half, to have 4 total chicken breasts to cook
Coat your chicken breasts in the seasoned flour mixture
Coat the chicken breasts with seasoned flour mixture in the egg bowl, shake off excess at end
Put the chicken breast on the breadcrumb plate, coat until breadcrumbs are fully coated on chicken breasts
Pour 1-2 cups of oil (I use olive oil) onto a pan, heat it up on medium-high heat
Once oil is hot, put chicken breasts to cook. 3-4 minutes on each side
Once the crust on the chicken breast is brown, they are ready to serve!
